AspaNETCONOMY at the SAP CX LIVE event
Last 10 and 11 of October, part of AspaNETCONOMY team took part on the SAP Customer Experience LIVE. It is considered the CRM event of the year and was held in the beautiful city of Barcelona. Two intense days that include more tan 250 sessions where they had the opportunity to learn about global trends and technology that boost the change and the Customer Experience today.
Our colleagues from NETCONOMY, who received the “SAP Global Most Innovative Partner of the Year” award, also assist to this event and they made great use of the stages in theis presentations (Martin Bachler, CTO of NETCONOMY; Martin Gruber, Digital Expert at NETCONOMY; and Christoph Raschl, Software Architect at ASPANETCONOMY). You can find these information here.
As a full-service partner for SAP Customer Experience solutions, keeping a firm eye on future trends and acting on the pulse is our daily bread. The SAP Customer Experience LIVE offered a perfect frame to discuss details relating to Kyma, C/4HANA or the SAP Cloud Platform directly with SAP experts on-site.
In a world of constant change and fierce competition, trust and service are more important than ever before. Every sector and region is under pressure from major global trends.
Customers want meaningful, timely, and personalized engagements. Businesses want to drive profits and growth, but to do that they need a single view of the customer and a relationship that goes beyond a single transaction. Technology and innovation hold the keys of success.
Before SAP CX Live, our experts put their developer skills to the test bay taking part at the HACKATHON.
Hackathon is a special event, organized one day before at Valkiria Hub Space in Barcelona. It was open to SAP partners, customers, and students from all over. With SAP experts on hand for coaching.
Our colleagues had the opportunity to test their developer skills. 24 hours forging ideas, conceptualizing, designing and coding, where they created a Micro Volunteering platform, based on the latest available SAP Customer Experience solutions.
This platorm allows NGOs to publish opne positions, at the same timne motivating volunteers to apply, it was design by the 17 proposed Sustainable Development Goals Fund of UN and developed using these SAP tools: Hybris, Kyma, Gigya and Coresystems.
Team Netconomy developed a digital ecosystem to bundle knowledge, content and tools which supports the easy implementation of donation processes as well as the provision of local support when needed most.
Because of their originality, work and effort, our team AspaNetconomy was invited to present their application during the event closing ceremony live on stage. Sleep deprivation totally paid off!
Our conclusión for this event has been really satisfactory for us. We have learned new useful trends in our sector. But, especially, we have enjoyed this profesional experience one more year.
Next year: see you in Berlin!
